1. Don’t Hire a Pet-Sitter on Craigslist.
Doesn’t it go without saying that you shouldn’t hire a pet sitter on Craigslist? Fortunately this family got lucky and were able to recover Fluffy. I am sorry to be so judgemental but would you hire a sitter for your child on Craigslist or a care-taker for the elderly from Craigslist? Oh wait…that’s right, some people are still doing that. (Shake my head!) This stuff happens people, be very careful who you leave your dog with. Anyhow, this story has a happy ending. Check it out here:

2. US Bans Import of Sick Dogs.
Simple economics at work. Ban the sale, remove the demand and you’ll remove the supply. I get that. I still, in my heart, feel sad for all sick dogs everywhere though. What do you think?
